      <title>Samsung Health Monitor Blocked in Puerto Rico</title>

      <description>I’m getting the “Samsung Health Monitor is not available in your current location” message, even though I’m in Puerto Rico — a U.S. territory subject to the same laws and regulations as the mainland. What makes this even more confusing is that SHM actually started working for me a little while ago on my Galaxy S25 Ultra. But after upgrading to the S26, it stopped working again.&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It’s honestly frustrating to feel like we’re being treated as second‑class citizens when it comes to features that should be available across all U.S. regions. I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer since the Galaxy S4, and continuously since the S8+, and it’s disappointing to run into the same issue over and over.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I just want the same functionality that any other U.S. user gets.
