My phone reads no Sim no service can someone tell me why? Brand new phone didn't come with one in the box only a USB cable

If you didn't install a SIM, it has no service.

It can in the box from the phone store with just a USB cable

If you got your phone from your carrier do you still have your old phone?
You have to activate the esim.

Please don't judge me lol inside of the box was a pin inside of a small plastic bag for me to get the Sim from one phone and place into the new phone. Now I have service thanks community

If u have ur old phone the Sim card will work or u need to go to ur carrier to get it setup. If I was you I go tonur carrie to setup some cares add it right to ur account and activate or if a phone with esim they can add that to
