    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi :&lt;BR /&gt;I have been a little frustrated with Samsung at the moment. I got notified that all the Cloud data will be *gone* soon ( Like most of you would have )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I logged in to privacy.samsung.com &amp;gt; Request Download&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received all the downloads as split zip files ( .z01,z02..) about 15GB of data. Also received my "Password"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am on a windows 7 PC, and somehow none of the data is "viewable" or accessible since I cannot extract these files!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read on another post where it said put them in a single folder - use WinRAR to extract - But that does not work either. And nowhere in the process it asks me for a password that I got either ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me on how to access these photos on my PC ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOTE : I cannot download any of it on my phone. So it has to be on a PC !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I talked to support a few times and they have been useless.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
