    <description>&lt;P&gt;How is it my bill says I'm behind on my at&amp;amp;t cell phone bill when I am set up for auto pay ? To add insult to AT&amp;amp;T's injury that hurts me, as a member, is the line item below the "past due amount" thats the "late fee".&amp;nbsp; Come on now REALLY!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;If weren't so&amp;nbsp; I'd almost laugh.&lt;/DIV&gt;
