I had trouble using Samsung Notes but this helped me with writing notes. First I had to upgrade my Samsung Notes to Version 4.2.01.53. As for the page breaks I noticed I had to go the settings (the cogwheel icon) in the Samsung Notes app and go to "Page Style and Template" then set it to "Individual pages" BEFORE creating my document to get the page breaks. This also allows you to be able to edit pages (like delete a page or insert a page.) I noticed I couldn't change it afterwards from an infinite scrolling document to an individual page document.
