    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think that Caleb was suggesting you boot yur tablet into Safe mode and see if the problem still persisted, not that you should operate it in that mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to go to Settings-.Apps and disable or uninstall the Samsung Cloud app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
