    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since nothing seems to work, it looks like I'll have to reset the tablet and reinstall my apps. Hopefully that will take care of this intrusive notification. Of course, the app's failure also keeps me from accessing MS OneDrive, which is a large problem. As of this point, I'm keeping the problem as unresolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
