Where is the Gallery spot fixer

Where did the spot fixer go in one ui 4.1? I'm trying to restore old family pics and spot fixer seems to have been replaced with mosaic. Mosaic is horrible. It does not fix patterns and is not even close on alignment.

Edit, face effects, spot fixer on scroll bar. If that makes sense....

Perfect sense. That's where I expected it. The scroll part under face is gone. 3 options remain. Text, stickers and draw. Draw only has erase, mosaic, highlighter & basic.

@GregoYatzee Try this:

Open the photo in Gallery.
Click on the Pencil icon
Click on the 3 dot menu in lower right.
Click on Face effects.
Scroll the icons to the left until you get to Spot fixer.

Yeah, just found it. I did succeed in making repairs with the object eraser. Though the spot fixer is much better at fine detail and blending. Especially hair and fingers. Thank you.
