Purchase made, item not recieved over a day later

On the 10th at around 5 pm, I bought 1000 vbucks. The payment was made and the total deducted from my card, but I have not recieved the item. Samsung keeps sending me back to the galaxy store, and the galaxy store sends me to samsung etc. Can I get some help?

Have you checked Samsung pass to make sure you haven't accidentally disabled it? If that's ok, try putting it in airplane mode fore about 5 minutes.
