    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think it may have to do with my lenovo laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I restarted 2 times, DEX would not work. But after I completely turned off windows (I also unplugged the USB cable), DEX would work again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems that the USB port needed a power-off state.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I just realized that I have a Note 9, not a Note 10.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
