I was going back and forth between Regions and Samsung for a month. When talking to the last Regions agent I talked with to "reset tokens" , she didn't see Samsung Pay (Wallet). We both came to the conclusion that Regions isn't supported. So in the end, I changed banks lol. Samsung Pay works fine with my new bank. Then test to see if samsung pay worked. It did so I left regions.
