It just makes sense.

When we use our phones, the thing we have opened most commonly is the keyboard, if we wanted to use a calculator, we'd have to go into another app, which I think is unnecessary, something like this would benefit everyone.

@Kelza Interesting idea. I have the Calculator in the Edge panel. I think that it is just as easy to access as your proposal.

Agree with @ LongHiker ... Edge Panel is easy ... plus, I find myself needing the Calc maybe twice a month. Wild guess - they did a market survey and didn't get much response, otherwise it would be there 🙂
