It is still in the Galaxy store, however, it is not compatible with all phones.

A quick Google search revealed some other apps that let you do 360 views.

It was probably removed because it is built in to the camera app now.

Surround shot is panning in all directions to create a 360 photo. Panorama, as it says, only allows one direction.
