Apps installed after adding a new SIM card

Just had a round of apps being installed without my permission!

Tiktok and about 10 games were loaded onto my phone while I was trying to transfer carriers. No updates, no offers, no restarting the phone at this point. I just popped the new SIM in and within about 10 minutes I'm getting toast messages saying apps are being installed and going into my games app.

@Communityuser3049203 STOP! Last 2 times this happened I was not making any carrier/system changes.
