Many thanks for the quick reply, however I think it's an app from Samsung rather than something Google (the people who wrote Android) insist upon.

So the follow up question is how do I uninstall Android 13?

<!--

Correct Samsung's one UI skin is apart of the Android Operating system. Google does develop Android however OEMs such as Samsung program their own UIs within Android, which buit-in apps such as Digital well being are apart of.

You cannot remove it. It is baked into the OS by Samsung. To get rid of the Samsung apps, you would need to install a generic unbranded Android OS or have root access to remove system apps. If you have a US model phone, there is no way to do either.

If you do some Googling, there is a way to "uninstall" system apps using ADB (Android Debug Bridge). It involves enabling developer options on your phone, connecting it to a computer, and issuing some ADB commands. If you are comfortable doing this, there are a lot of YouTube videos that will show you how. If not, then unfortunately you are stuck with this app.
