Phone doesn't ring when a call comes in

My phone does not ring when a call is coming in. I tried every single possible solution for about 2 hrs and nothing works. Any ideas please.vthank you

Well I'm not sure if it's the same for you but ever since the last update my phone shuts itself off and resets around 2-3am.
Every morning I have to restart my phone ppl were trying to call me and all call somehow got forwarded to voice mail. Check your call settings in the phone app, all 4 options were sending everything to VM...good luck
