Option to be able to disable step count

If it's there I can't find it. When I mow grass, I like to keep my phone in my pocket. In case I need help.

I don't want it counting 10,000 steps. So if it exist I'd appreciate it if someone told me where and how to turn step counting off.

A good spot would be in Samsung Health, Select step data to show with a button for none. On me to turn it back on.
