We already have the option to open any app with a double press of the side key, please add the option to open any app with a press and hold of the side key as well.

Ahhh, I see what you mean! Yes I totally agree with this. I did run into that problem! Gotta say I want more options for how to customize my phone.

If you don't already have it installed download the Good Lock App from the Galaxy Store once downloaded open and look for RegiStar and download you can then set the sideckey to whatever you want and also add back tap features there's also many other useful modules inside of the Good Lock App to customize your device

Way to go Samsung.

You work so tirelessly with every update to disable 3rd party button remappers and try to force us to use Bixby.

Now everything I loved about my Note 20 Ultra 5G is gone.

I used to be able to...

Phone Open:

Long Press Side Key - Google Assistant

Double Press Side Key - Screenshot

Lock Screen:

Long Press Side Key - Flash Light

Double Press Side Key - Camera

Single presses left on default.

Answer and end calls with Side Key.

Now I hate my phone because they just won't let us be happy.

Congratulations on showing me yet again why I'm getting a Google Pixel next.

If you just let us delete your bloatware and do what we want you would have much happier customers.

My Galaxy is paid off and Samsung won't be getting another dime from me. ‌🖕‌

Have fun finding out that there's even less customization and more restrictions on pixel devices, I guess.
I'm pretty sure registar can remap the Bixby button, although I can't confirm this.

@picknassaro @TipsyTrex @John_Crush Check out Good Lock from the Galaxy App store. There are so many fantastic modules to download within the app, but you're looking for RegiStar on the second page. Here you will find side key customization, among other useful features like back-tap actions.
