It's not released in America yet. I thinks it's around July though

Go to a Samsung store or your phone carrier. Call Samsung from another devices.

OH! A software beta tester. If I remember correctly the only way to get into that is if Samsung puts the sign up sheet out or I think there is a setting in your phone you have to turn on. I could swear I remember something about a setting on the to test out any new software or features for Samsung had some sort of setting on the phone. I could be wrong though. I'm not sure which one is correct but I will see what If I can find out as well to confirm for you.

It will show up as a banner in this app. The Samsung Members app. I've done a few. Generally, only Unlocked and T-Mobile branded devices participate. You can find more information and directions for signing up here: https://developer.samsung.com/one-ui-beta

I am seeing plenty of people joining this beta but I'm not seeing any clear answers on if AT&t is offering it on their s23 ultra?

Yes, it looks like only unbranded or tmobile phone are getting it. Probably due to carrier restrictions.

That is my assumption at this point as well. I have cleared cache and data several times through the night and this morning with no success 😔🤷

OneUI sucks - it has slowed down the performance of my tablet considerably and I did NOT say ok to the install prompt which pisses me off that stupid IT companies think forcing their poor quality software on customers is okay. It is not okay. I have a computer science degree and have worked in IT for 21 years. I am going to switch to all Apple products and toss my samsung crappy devices in the trash can.

Only unlocked devices and tmobile right now are participating in the one ui 6 beta no other carriers have been confirmed
