I busted my phone when I had the Note 10+ back in the day... the regular digitizer was broke, but the digitizer for the S Pen still worked. So even though I could access some things, I lost access to wallet bc Knox wouldn't allow me to use the S Pen to enter my pass code. Long story short.... when I went to the Note 20Ultra the smart switch brought everything back... then When I xfer'd to 23+, Smart Switch cloned it all over again. It's truly amazing!<BR /><BR />My only regret was being impatient, and not waiting for the 23ultra to be restocked at my local store so I settled on 23+.
