      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I been trying to buy a galaxy S23 ultra and every time I use samsung pay I get this error message. My billing info and everything is exactly the same so idk what the issue is.       <description>This happened to me before. I believe it's Samsung's website that's acting up. I waited a few hours, retried it and it worked.</description>
