Smart switch will only gets so far and stop

After leaving Beta I had to reset my phone and I couldn't use smart switch to backup, so I saved what I could. Reset phone and now when I try to use smart switch it gets so far and that's it... Any one else have this problem...??

Try clearing the cache from the Samsung Smart Switch application ,also how exactly did you backup your data with Samsung Switch, USB-C or desktop or laptop?

I hooked up my phone to my laptop and copied the folders with what I was looking for and saved them to my laptop and put them back when I was finished with the reset.
