Tab S8 ultra keyboard cover not waking.

I'm having issues with the Tab S8 Ultra book cover keyboard randomly not waking when I touch the track pad. The keyboard doesn't even have to be asleep for long, just a few seconds. Once I press a key it usually wakes up, but a $300.00 cover should not have this problem.

I'm having the same issue. I also have the Tab S8 Ultrabook with the keyboard cover. The keyboard would always wake the tablet until recently. Once the tablet has been on and goes back to sleep the keyboard will wake it for a few hours and then stop working. Like you said, the only way to wake it after that is to hit the power button. It has to be caused by an update.

Try Resetting it by holding down the Power and Vol Down until it reboots.
