&lt;DIV&gt;That used to be a feature in earlier galaxy note phones I think the note 7&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>System/OS. You can also encrypt SD card but know that it will only work in the original device it was encrypted in.</description>

      <description>Yes but only when installed on the phone used to encrypt it. The keys are generated and stored locally, which is why others cannot use it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Using a password/PIN/fingerprint, facial recognition or any other security method supported by device automatically encrypts it. Again, a reason why it's harder (not impossible) to access devices when you forget the PIN or password now required after restarting the phone if set.</description>
