English language only

I seem to be getting a lot of posts in languages other than English today. Is there a way to filter out all but English?

Mostly Spam. The only thing you can do is to open the message to determine if it''s Spam then tap the 3 dot menu on the upper right of the post, scroll down to Report inappropriate comment, type "spam" in the body and send.
