How can I stop the Chrome browser from switching to the touch UI on my S9 FE+? For example, if I open Chrome and go to Google News I see the same UI that I see on my Win 11 PC. However, if I tap and article to read it then hit the back button I find myself in the touch UI which is both simpler and much less functional. How can I make Chrome stay in the normal UI? Thanks.

Bill

I finally found the solution. Open Chrome then tap the three dots menu icon at the top right and choose Settings. Scroll almost to the bottom and tap Desktop Site. Turn Desktop Site on and uncheck the "When window is narrow, request mobile view" checkbox.

Bill
