Galaxy tab E forgot pin lock

I use the same pin code on all devices. I am locked out, for some reason, to my Galaxy Tab E. I'm logged in my Samsung account and email. Yet being told I have to pay to get it unlocked. Is there an easier fix. It should not be this hard.

Can you please share a screenshot where we can see the screen that you have to pay in order to unlock it?

That's because you have to send it in. Have you tried using find my device? From another computer or phone? Using the same Samsung account. You should be to unlock it from there

Yes, using your Samsung account, Find my device from another device should do the trick.
