Recent Update to Samsung Tablet S7 FE?

Was there a recent update to the Samsung Tablet S7 FE? All my screens look different now and in my Samsung email, I can't scroll down using the touch screen anymore, I have to use my keyboard to page down.Did this have anything to do with the keyboard settings changing last time and have now been fixed?

I'm having the same problem with email messages that I can't scroll down to read. I found a function key on my keyboard that solved the problem and adjusted the screen layout, so now I can read my mail. The "DeX" key is in the upper right area of the keyboard.
