International version

I got a Samsung Tablet A9 which is the mini size. It is the International version. But upon starting, after choosing my language, I must choose my country. None of the options given are United States. Can I use it or should I return it? If I can use it, what do I need to do and will I have problems w apps, etc ?

Some features won't work if you can't select the US I would suggest returning and getting a US version

It appears the the A9 didn't come in a US model, only the A9+ for some reason
