Samsung Health app not supported on Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite tablet. The Samsung Health app is not supported on this device. How can I get it to support the Samsung Health app? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
