I set up my s9 fe tablet manually, but I keep getting notifications to finish setting it up. If I go through the set up process, will I lose everything I set up already? Or how do I get rid of this notification?

I had the same issue. Just go through the setup process again. You won't lose anything.

If it is Google, sign out of your google account and only sign in when you need to. I disabled or deleted all of Google's apps. I don't like the company. I read their terms of agreement and agree to none of it. So, that took care of those nag screens.
