Tab A9+ randomly shuts down

Why do these things shut down randomly? I'm on my second one and it's doing the exact same thing! Come on Samsung!

The A9 plus tablet. I have that and I don't have that issue do you have the setting on where to reset it random times

I've checked everything, tried watching videos and reading forums. Can't find a cure or as to why it's doing it.

Then you might want to take it to a Samsung store or some place that's affiliated with them and fix his Samsung products I've got the same tablet but don't have that issue at all

Randomly shuts off, then I have to power it back on. It's not doing a boot loop.

Thought it might of been device care and auto optimization. Is it doing it while charging or it doesn't matter? Also if it is reproducible enough perhaps try it in safe mode (hold down on power off in the menu) to rule out any bad apps.

Randomly plugged in or not, I've only got trusted safe apps. And don't run a bunch at one time either.

If a second one is doing the exact same things then to me, that points to an app causing it. The first thing to try is to boot to the Safe Mode and see if it still happens.

The next thing on the list would be to perform a Factory Reset without restoring a backup and to manually install those "trusted apps", testing frequently after you install just a couple of them at a time, for the bad behavior.

Mine has the issue of: it won't stay on while charging. If it's on & I plug it in to charge, it shuts off on its own. If I then turn it back on, unlock it and open any tab besides settings, it again shuts off. So basically its unusable while it's charging. I've checked all settings, I've checked the charging port, I'm using the charging cord it came with, no clue what the issues. I've never had a device that couldn't be used while it was charging. Any advice? (It's roughly a month old)

Same advise as above with the addition of trying a different charging brick and if it still does that then Reproduce the issue and then open the Samsung Members app, click on Support (Lower right)->Feedback->Send Error Report, Remember to check on "Send System Data Log"

It's still under warranty and may need to go in for service.
