<P>I have a Galaxy S9 Ultra,, I downloaded the latest update today running One UI 6.1.1 now my finger print sensor no longer works. I deleted the old print,s and tried to put them back in but it will only register to 41 percent and says remove screen protector and try again later I don't&nbsp; have a screen protector. I was wondering if anyone else have experienced this after the latest update&nbsp;</P>

Okay so if you have a Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and not a S9 Ultra since there never was a Galaxy S9 Ultra then your best bet is to do the testing that is available in this app the Samsung members app also after that if it says there's not an issue with the sensor maybe try booting your device into safe mode. If that doesn't work try calling customer service past that I would suggest that UbreakiFix store or your local Samsung store if there is one in your city.
