    <description>Have you removed the key cover from the tablet and placed it back on? With my S9+, it would sometimes get confused and that would resolve the issue. Also, do you have more than 1 language set up? I found sometimes I would accidently hit the language key while typing and the mapping for some of the keys would change.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is also the possibility that you may just have a faulty keyboard cover.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just received my S10 ultra book cover keyboard and I see that quite a lot of keys for special characters are mis programmed. For example the @ character and # character do not work with the intended keys and I have to press other keys to get these. Seems some sort of error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
