With my S9+, it would sometimes get confused and that would resolve the issue. Also, do you have more than 1 language set up? I found sometimes I would accidently hit the language key while typing and the mapping for some of the keys would change.<BR /><BR />There is also the possibility that you may just have a faulty keyboard cover. For example the @ character and # character do not work with the intended keys and I have to press other keys to get these.
