How to move apps (from game hub bar or apps (s10-ultra)

Long press on the app, does not work, this simply allow you to drag the app to a section of the screen to open it there.

If its a game in the" gamehub bar", long press just opens up a useless drop down menu, with 2 options:

Open the Gaming hub
Click on the 3 dots in the upper right
Click on Settings
Click on Show game apps. Change it to "In Gaming Hub and the Home and Apps screens".
