Trade in approvals

I ordered an S 10 plus after asking in 2 chats and calling on the phone but I a m wondering if anyone has ever done this? The option wasn't available under the 9 tablet but under the 10 for trade-in was an option that said other $300. My tablet is so old it's an Asus Transformer but I was told as long as it powers on and holds a charge and the is reset and the screen isn't cracked that I will get $300 off my new one. My husband doesn't believe it and I am unsure. Sounds to good to be true but I bought it anyway. He said if it doesn't get approved I can return the new tablet which I would hope it would be approved with in 14 days. I just need to send it in right right away. I was hoping someone else did this and got approved.

You would want to check the trade in terms on what trade ins are accepted could be certain models occasionally it's any

There is a trade in calculator on the Samsung website on rhe device ordering page. Unless there was a special limited time offer when you ordered, you should be able to find the trade in value of the device you are trading

@Rose4uKY Yes, it is true. Samsung currently is offering $300 trade in for working non-Samsung brand tablets when you buy a Tab S10+. With the timing of trade in, you probably won't get confirmation of acceptance of the trade in until you are past the return period of the Tab S10+.

Thank LongHiker! Hopefully I'll get a reply before my return period is up. I hope they don't drag it along on purpose. I will return it as soon as I can get the printed label. My order hasn't been processed yet. But once before on a Galaxy Watch they sent me a decline with a picture of a totally different watch and I always take pictures before I send in and I complained and got my trade in value. I am just worried about this cause the tablet is so old and my husband doesn't believe I'll get $300 but under terms and conditions it meets the requirements. On Samsungs page it says other $300 and it's an Asus Android I have the charger it is charged and reset and no cracks. So all I can do is wait and see. Thanks Everyone!

Realaud the chat person told me this is a special offer that won't last long but under trade ins not only do you see Micorosft, Samsung and I think Apple it says other $300 doesn't say specific other brand names. So hopefully I'm good. Thanks!
