thank link requires me to have my iphone so it can confirm number, however tht phone was stolen a few days back

I followed these steps to add my iCloud email to both Samsung Mail and Outlook.

If you don't have your Apple device you can recieve a text or phone call to the number that you have on record. If you also had to change your phone number after the device was stolen, there is a process for verification for a new one.
