Unlocked Samsung Tablets?

I've been using an iPad Pro with digital connectivity for the past seven years and I would like to replace it with a comparable Samsung tablet. To my surprise, none of the recent tablets available from Samsung with digital connectivity, are unlocked. Is it possible to use Samsung tablets with an MVNO like you can do with their unlocked phones and watches?

You would have to buy the Tablet out right, no financing.
After 60 days they have to unlock the device. You will always have the splash screen from the carrier you purchased the device from.
Subsequent software updates will come from the carrier you switch to.

You can purchase a tablet outright and unlocked from Samsung Website.

The only Samsung tablet that is almost unlocked with no carrier bloatware is the US Cellular version , Tablets don't unlock after 60 days like phones,

Samsung does not sell LTE-unlocked tablets; only Wi-Fi tablets are unlocked.

Yesterday I was looking at Samsung tablets on ebay and found plenty of Galaxy Tab 10+ unlocked tablets for sale there.

There are no unlocked cellular variants of Samsung tablets for the US market right now (those with UE firmware).

Why would Samsung not offer unlocked tablets here in the USA? So I guess that all of the unlocked Galaxy Tab S10 Plus 5G tablets for sale on Ebay are not US versions of these tablets and don't have UE firmware.

Correct. Purchasing a device overseas may have limited support for cellular networks.

CELLULAR SUPPORT
A cellular unlocked variant in North America will work with both GSM and CDMA networks.

WARRANTY
Samsung Care+ is not available for imported devices as the warranty is only valid for the original market. For example, a phone with a CSC code of EUX is only valid for warranty service in Europe.

SOFTWARE UPDATES & BETA PROGRAMS
You may be ineligible for beta updates if the SIM card region and CSC code does not match correctly.

SAMSUNG SERVICES
Some features like Samsung Pay are intended for the market where the device was originally sold in. For example, if you buy your phone from the UK, it may not work correctly with cards from outside of Europe.

In North America, yes. In other markets, it may vary.
(For example, African markets only have the cellular variant available.)

So, for whatever reason, Samsung doesn't offer its cellular tablets here in the USA in an unlocked configuration. Which competitor does offer Android tablets with LTE/5G connectivity unlocked?
