To be honest no. I have had the who screen flicker one way or the other, up, down, left or right repeatedly, but it had nothing to do my inputs. I Almost like an NVIDIA card flipping out. But that goes away quickly. Not on the S10 except in video mostly. . For me to get the video problem fixed, I reboot the tab. For games, I exit out and go back in. Sorry I wasn't able to help any further.

I think he means the S10 Ultra tablet. Probably the same thing but the Tablets are in a completely different beta from what I hear. I have a Wifi only of the S10 Ultra and I have not received the notification. But then again, I'm a little late to the party. Good luck.

Sorry I wasn't able to help any more. I've had so many Samsung Tablets and it really wasn't till the S8 Ultra that I've had weird problems show up. But none of them were critical to the point the Tablet was not able to function correctly expect for the S8. That one would only lock up on YouTube videos and I could never find a solution. That's when Samsung offered the trade-in program to me. It should still be under warranty. You can always hand it back in and get a new one. Just an idea. Take a care.
