No S8+ Trade-in for new FEs?

I'm a little disappointed with the trade in offers for the S10 FE tablet. I was hoping to get a discount with my S8+ as I am looking for a smaller size and I don't need something as powerful. But while the S7 and S9 have higher promotional value, the S8+ is considered "other" and gets the base $100. A bit frustrating and will probably not be purchasing.

@Jackinthebox43 I think the omission might be a mistake. Reach out to Samsung order support and let them know.

I was very disappointed as well. I took my Galaxy S23 in. It was in great shape. So, why did I upgrade? Yeah, I know. I just had to have this Flip5. I had waited a year or more because I didn't know for sure. On my birthday last year I got it. The at&t rep told me I would get 1K off. I jumped at it. Well, well, well, that was a joke on me. When I finally got the technicians' report, it was only $250. I was livid, to say the least. I've had to replace it twice already. The crease in the phone causes it to malfunction a lot. AT&T didn't want to replace it either time. I was still within my warranty. They told me to call Samsung. Samsung told me that as long as I still had a warranty with AT&T, it was their responsibility. Eventually, AT&T replaced the phone. Reading the comments in the community blog, I was the only one. The flip as well as the fold both have these problems
