&lt;P&gt;Have you tried wiping the device cache partition?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried booting into safe mode?       <title>Ttab s9 touch screen freezing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sometimes the touch screen is freezing and i can't use the touch screen in my finger and when this problem happened i can only touch the screen with my s pen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
