S6 Startup

I Just purchased a new tablet (S6 Lite) I No longer have a mobile phone so It will not let me finish setup under the 2 step verification. Can someone please Help. As you probably have guessed, I'm not very good with Technology (LOL)

So if you must have a mobile phone to setup certain Samsung devices than it should state that in description of product so consumers don't waste time or money .
