    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your Samsung account? Do you know the old password? That's where the error is coming in. Usually when you change a password, you get 3 fields, current password, new password, confirm new password. If you do not know, or did not enter, the current password, you will not be able to change it. You will have to open a web browser, navigate to Samsung.com and tap the forgot password link. They will email you a reset link.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I don't remember my password and when I try to set a new password the message says passwords don't match. I enter the new password and then I confirm it by entering it a second time. They match but do not allow the blue bottom to activate and set new password.&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Normally, in order to change a password, you have to know the old password (it's a security check to make sure it's you), unless you clicked a "forgot password" link.&amp;nbsp; Are you trying to change the password for your account or your phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
