Do I have to pair my phone with the tablet in order to receive my point? We have multiple users in the house and not everyone has a phone that can pair and im wondering if they will still receive points for participating? Any help would be appreciated thank you

One of the items tells you how to add a user to your account.

Q. How do I add a user to my account?

A. You can directly add new members to your account on the TV and You User(s) screen. There is a video tutorial on the support screen that provides step by step process to be followed by the new user to provide basic demographic information and consent. Alternatively, You can add a user in your profile on the member website: http://www.tvandyou.tv. Once you've logged in, click on "My Household Members" to add the details of the new users to your account. They will then receive a survey, which will ask them a few questions and get their consent before being registered.
