    <description>&lt;P&gt;called support again as the last security patch did nothing to fix issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm done with Samsung products because it's crystal clear they cannot support the software, if their upgrades break it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they can probably do remove/replace HW components in cases of physical damage, but that's it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
