      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's a bit tricky, but you are doing it right.&amp;nbsp; You have to take your finger off both buttons as soon as you see the logo on the screen.&amp;nbsp; Then you have to quickly tap the volume up button.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes it works to continue to press the volume up button, and sometimes you have to continually tap until recovery mode starts, but lately I've only been having to tap once after I let go of the buttons. If it doesn't work one way, try one of the others.&amp;nbsp; But, you do have to let go of the power button immediately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
