    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ever since I updated my Active 3 (T575) to UI 5.1.1, Android&amp;nbsp;13 &amp;amp; Active 5 (X306B) model to UI 8.0, Android version 16 back in Nov 2025. I can no longer make and receive phone calls. Everything else work...like Data, text messages, All Apps... etc. Tested the sim card and worked in different phone with T-Mobile. What's wrong with Samsung!! The main reasons to have a phone is to make and receive calls. That's the basic....sigh. And I have been using Samsung phones for 15+ years...!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;We are consumers, end users... Not your in-house beta tester.&lt;/DIV&gt;
