If it’s on, press and hold the Power button and volume down button then select Power off.<BR /><STRONG>Enter Recovery Mode</STRONG>: Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears, then release both buttons.<BR /><STRONG>Navigate to Wipe Data/Factory Reset</STRONG>: Use the Volume buttons to navigate to Wipe data/factory reset in the recovery menu.
