1. Panel Participation Ending
On February 20, 2026, 11:59PM Eastern time, the panel will be closed, and data collection will stop.
As part of the panel shutdown, we will remotely reset your tablet. Samsung will also work on a solution to unlock the tablets for your personal use. This process may take some time after the panel closes, and in some cases, it may not fully complete. Regardless of the outcome, you do not need to return your Samsung tablet—please enjoy it as a thank‑you gift for your valued participation.

So currently we don't know when just leave them plugged in and powered on.

Samsung TV and Me Participants

As the Samsung tv and me program has came to a end on 02/20/2026, you may have noticed your device has still been locked with the app and administrative access was blocked.

Today We have unlocked the tablets and you are free to do with them as you wish.

If for some reason your tablet isnt unlocked.

hold down the power button and click "Restart"
