      <description>&lt;P class="p1"&gt;ISSUE: Samsung temporarily disabled this device due to claim reasons or an outstanding trade-in balance. For claim-related issues, contact your Samsung Care Plus provider. For trade-in issues, check your purchase email for messages from Samsung. The device will be unlocked the following business day after resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have contacted Samsung's technical support, Servify, and the sales department multiple times. Technical support tried and stated they cannot unlock the tablet and directed me to sales for a replacement. However, sales keeps referring me back to the technical team, creating an infinite support loop with no resolution.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Here is my order number for the tablet (TAB S11 Ultra WIFI version):&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;SA557780580&lt;BR /&gt;The tablet is paid in full and I don't purchase Care Plus for it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know what to do? Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Try at a near store like ubreakifix and see what they say, because i fix electronics i would replace that lock logic/mother board.</description>
